You release Offworlders.Com and its agents and servants from any and all liability should we deem it necessary to bar you from the use of services provided by Offworlders Publishing LLC. Users also release us from any liability should our products not work with your eBook reader software system, hardware, and any means you use to read our eBooks. Test your eBook immediately after download as you are provided seven days to return your purchase should you have issues with the eBook you purchased. If the area where you live does not allow implied warranties, this notice will not be pertinent to you.
eBook Usage Rights
When you purchase an eBook from Offworlders Publishing, you agree that the eBook can only be used by the purchaser of the eBook. You can load the eBook on all the devices that you the purchaser own. You cannot make copies of the eBook and install the eBook files to eBook readers that you the purchaser do not own. If you want to give a copy to friend, relative, etc., you will need to purchase additional copies.
