Sci-Fi Short of the Week
In this short film, sentient robots are targeted for destruction after they develop into the equals of their human creators. The result, a war for their survival is spawned that may bring an end to the human species. Is this a glimpse into our future? Let’s hope not. Humanity needs to stay clear of this timeline or come to grips with the reality of their creations. Science should not give birth to bouncing baby sentient beings unless they have a plan for integrating them into society. With sentience comes emotional attachment and a need for self-preservation.

Thanks for posting these shorts, Kyle. These get better and better…. I like the focus on this where the sympathy is on the A.I. It is a slight parallel to something I have in the works (writing) called, “Suicides Of Spring.”
Thanks, David! Look forward to reading more of your stories.
